I was born and raised on Long Island, NY, where my passion for baking started when I was a little girl.  I always had the dream of opening my own bakery, so when I went to business school down in Orlando, FL, that was the big goal.  I got my degree in business management with a focus in entrepreneurial studies.  After I graduated I moved back to the Big Apple and worked in technology.  I'll be honest, not the dream job but lucky enough, I met the dream guy.

We moved to Austin, Texas where I quit my desk job to go learn and work with the pros, and boy, did I!  I gained so much knowledge from working alongside the best bakers and cake decorators at one of the top wedding and specialized cake bakeries in town.  I fell even deeper in love with baking and the business surrounding it.

Almost 3 years ago, we moved here to Asheville, NC, and made that little girl's dream a reality.  When I'm not baking, you can find me chasing around my 2 kids, exploring the city with my husband, gliding on the ice rink, or on the couch watching Disney movies!
