A little about Coco's Bake Shop

Coco's Bake Shop is a life-long dream come to fruition for owner and professional baker, Nicole Case.  Her love of baking started when she was just a little girl, and she spent her collegiate and adult life working towards this goal of having her own professional bake shop where she could create custom, delicious dessert creations for everyone.  When she isn't baking, you can find her spending time with her little family and exploring Asheville.
